Rental amounts depend on the market, your property’s location, and its condition. We work primarily with rental homes within Cleveland’s central city. We can evaluate your property and provide a rental estimate.
How do You Maintain my Property?
We work with a team of in-house maintenance experts who can respond to routine and emergency repairs. We also contract with specialty vendors. We don’t do rehabs or renovations but can make referrals if that’s what your property needs.

We take a number of steps to protect your investment’s condition and cash flow. Routine inspections, good tenant screening, and ongoing tenant relationships ensure your property is in good shape.

How Quickly will my Property Rent?
This depends on a number of factors. If the market is tight and there aren’t a lot of available homes to rent, you’ll have a tenant within days. If your property needs work or is overpriced, it may take longer.
When Do I Get my Rent?
We have a consistent and well-enforced rent collection policy. Our tenants understand our expectations that rent will be paid on time, every month. Once their payment clears, we deposit the rent directly into your bank account. Look for it on your owner statement.
